Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos Mexico. The name of the hotel translates to "The Windows to Paradise" I have never been here, but it's definitely on my list of places to visit in 2012. The architecture of this resort really inspires me. I love the cacti and clean lines of the buildings. The lighting and furnishings are warm and serene. This just looks like a great place to unwind and unplug from the world for a few days. The Baja Peninsula is a great place for whale watching.
